Olde Florida Motorcoach Resort | LaBelle, Florida

A Luxury Motorcoach Resort in Southwest Florida with Big Potential!

If you’re looking for a new, polished luxury motorcoach resort in Southwest Florida, Olde Florida Motorcoach Resort immediately impresses. From the gated entrance to the beautifully designed grounds, everything feels upscale, intentional, and built to attract high-end Class A and motorcoach owners.

But the real showstopper here is the massive 15,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and resort amenities. The clubhouse is truly over the top — beautifully designed with plenty of space to gather, relax, and socialize. It feels more like a private country club than an RV resort, and it sets the tone for the entire property.

The resort-style pool area continues that luxury feel with cabanas, lounge chairs, shaded tables, and the Flip Flops outdoor bar & grill serving drinks and appetizers poolside. There’s even a large outdoor big-screen viewing area. During our stay we watched a playoff game outside and several other couples joined — it was relaxed, social, and showed what this resort could feel like when more people are around.

And then there’s the gym — easily the best fitness center we’ve ever seen at an RV resort. The equipment is modern, the space is large and thoughtfully designed, and it truly feels more like a boutique fitness studio than a campground gym.

Spacious Sites

Olde Florida currently has over 280 sites, with more being added.

Standard sites: 50 x 100
Waterfront sites: large pie-shaped lots

RVs under 10 years old allowed (no pop-ups or truck campers)

The sites are clean, attractive, and thoughtfully laid out, but HEADS UP — they do slope slightly for drainage. For larger or heavier coaches, leveling can take a little extra effort. We travel in a big rig and almost couldn’t get our jacks to settle properly. It’s manageable — just bring jack pads and be prepared.

We also noticed some gnats around the grassy areas, likely because the grass hadn’t been treated yet. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it’s something to be aware of if you enjoy sitting outside in the evenings.

Not dealbreakers — just helpful things to know ahead of time.

Over-the-Top Amenities

For a newer luxury RV resort in Florida, the amenities almost feel ahead of the current community size.

  • Beautiful 15,000 sq. ft. clubhouse

  • Resort-style pool with cabanas

  • Flip Flops poolside bar & restaurant

  • 8 pickleball courts

  • 2 tennis courts

  • Basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes

  • Dog parks

  • Laundromat

  • One of the best RV resort gyms we’ve ever seen

The sports complex alone feels more like a private recreation center than a campground amenity area.

You can even get a great workout simply walking the property — it’s expansive.

A Resort Still in Its Growth Phase

Here’s the honest part.

Olde Florida is very new, and you can feel that during your stay. When we were there, there simply weren’t a lot of people yet. The infrastructure and amenities are luxury-level, but the social energy is still developing.

We spoke with two couples who had previously stayed at RiverBend Motorcoach Resort nearby. They loved Olde Florida’s amenities but felt RiverBend had a more established and active community.

That’s not a criticism — it’s simply the reality of a resort still filling in.

With the clubhouse, sports complex, pool, and outdoor gathering spaces, this property would actually be fantastic for rallies and events.

Location: Peaceful, But Remote

Olde Florida Motorcoach Resort is located in LaBelle, Florida, a quiet rural area surrounded by farmland and open space.

20–25 minutes to Fort Myers
About 45 minutes to the beaches
Driving required for groceries, restaurants, and biking areas

It’s peaceful and relaxing, but not walkable and not close to biking trails. If you want beach access or a lively town nearby, this may feel a bit out there.

Our Honest Opinion

Olde Florida Motorcoach Resort is beautiful, upscale, and thoughtfully built, with some of the best amenities we’ve seen at a luxury Class A motorcoach resort in Southwest Florida.

The positives

  • Gated, high-end entrance and design

  • Huge luxury clubhouse

  • Resort pool with cabanas and bar

  • Incredible gym and sports complex

  • Spacious lots and peaceful setting

The drawbacks

  • Sloped sites can make leveling challenging

  • Not fully “grown up” yet — fewer people and quieter vibe

  • Rural location, not close to biking or walkable areas

  • Grass areas could use bug treatment (we experienced some gnats)

If you’re looking for a luxury motorcoach resort in Southwest Florida with incredible amenities and long-term potential, Olde Florida is definitely worth checking out.

Right now it feels like a stunning resort waiting for its full crowd to arrive — and when it does, it could really take off.
